11:52 a.m. Monday — Both drivers were injured in a two-vehicle crash on Route 356 near Monro Muffler.The wreck occurred when Joyce Tremba, 74, of Butler pulled in front of the other vehicle.Tremba and the other driver, Laura Douglass, 44, of Butler, were both taken to Butler Memorial Hospital with unknown injuries.Police said Tremba was cited for improperly entering or crossing a road.

Wednesday — A 39-year-old Donegal Township woman reported that she was the victim of a case involving theft, fraud and forgery.Police said their investigation continues.7:32 p.m. Tuesday — A 21-year-old Butler man was arrested for suspicion of driving under the influence following a traffic stop at Route 422 east and Geibel Road in Summit Township. Police did not immediately release the woman's name.3:20 p.m. Monday — No one was injured in a two-vehicle crash in Jefferson Township. The collision occurred when a car driven by Wayne E. Rodgers, 48, of Butler pulled out in front of a vehicle at Route 356 and Fisher Road. Janet K. Ringbloom, 55, of Pittsburgh was the other driver.Both vehicles had to be towed. Police cited Rodgers for a stop-sign violation.Monday — An unknown thief stole a riding lawn mower at Turner Tractors on Route 68 in Forward Township. The zero-turn mower is described as an orange and black, 2020 Bad Boy Maverick with a 54-inch deck. It was equipped with a 726cc Kawasaki motor.6 p.m. Sunday — A 21-year-old man was bitten by a dog on Iman Road in Donegal Township.Police said they were notified Monday of the incident, which is under investigation.3:45 p.m. June 12 — No one was injured in a two-vehicle collision at the Clearview Mall in Center Township. The crash occurred when a sport utility vehicle driven by Beth A. Clark, 55, of Butler pulled out in front of a pickup truck driven by Douglas J. Pallack, 41, of Harmony.7:17 a.m. June 12 — An SUV driven by Debra Z. Edwards, 57, of Cranberry Township struck a deer on Interstate 79 north in Muddy Creek Township.She was not injured, but her vehicle had to be towed.7:34 p.m. June 9 — Paul T. Lavery, 61, of Chicora swerved his car to avoid two deer in the middle of Route 38 in Venango Township and struck two guardrails before traveling over the guardrail and ending in the woods around 30 feet off the road.Lavery was not injured, but his car had to be towed. Police cited him for driving too fast for conditions, failing to immediately notify police of an accident, driving a vehicle without insurance, and a vehicle registration card violation.7 p.m. June 8 — No one was injured when a rifle bullet hit a home on the 400 block of Bicker Road in Winfield Township. Police are investigating.The couple that lives there told troopers they heard an unidentified sound while at the house. Two days later, they found a bullet that had passed through a window screen. The bullet was laying in between the window and the screen on the window sill.4:49 p.m. June 3 — A car driven by Amber R. Kastelic, 27, of Butler struck an SUV at Route 8 and Mercer Road in Center Township. The other driver, Mary C. Sibenac, 68, of Renfrew, was apparently injured and taken to Butler Memorial Hospital.Both vehicles had to be towed.Police cited Kastelic for a red light violation, driving too fast for conditions, disregarding traffic lanes, careless driving and not wearing a seat belt.
