Butler residents Tricia Rieger and Matt Craig were united in marriage at 2:45 p.m. Oct. 7 at Mount Chestnut Presbyterian Church in Franklin Township. The Rev. Jeff Curtis officiated. A reception followed at the Highfield Hall.
The bride is the daughter of Joel and Sandy Rieger of Butler. Parents of the bridegroom are Randy Craig of Butler and Sue Levish of Sarver.
The matron of honor was Lori Beachem of Butler. Bridesmaids included Kari Vandevort, Jocelyn Maxwell and Heather Mitika, all of Butler. The flower girl was Taylor Kennedy of Butler.
Performing the duties of best man was Josh Craig of Butler. Ushers included Butler residents Rob Vandevort, Doug Rieger and Bill Bortz. The junior usher was Loegan Kennedy of Butler.
The bride is a 1995 graduate of Slippery Rock High School and a 2000 graduate of LaRoche College, where she received a bachelor of science degree in graphic design. She works in advertising for Sparmon-Fischler in New Castle.
The bridegroom graduated in 1996 from Slippery Rock High School and in 2003 from Duff's Business Institute, earning an associate's degree in business administration. He works in the gas circuit breaker division of MEPPI in Warrendale.
Following a honeymoon trip to Riviera Maya, Mexico, the couple is making their home in Butler.
