Mason, Lanza
Carolina Mason and Christopher Lanza, both of Silver Spring, Md., were united in marriage 4 p.m. July 29 at Mars Alliance Church in Mars. The Rev. Frank Lanza officiated. A reception followed at Hindman Hall in Butler Township.
The bride is the daughter of Thomas and Doris Mason of Evans City. Parents of the bridegroom are the Rev. Frank and Sandy Lanza of Warren.
The honor attendant was Sara Clukey of Evans City. Bridesmaids included Christina Russell of Beaver Falls, Katie Hess of Lancaster and Kyleigh Lanza of Warren. The flower girl was Autumn Lanza of Silver Spring.
Performing the duties of best man was Jared Lanza of Silver Spring. Ushers included Thomas Mason of Zelienople; Jonathan Mason of Evans City; Jonathan Lehman of Orlando, Fla.; Curtis Taylor of Corry and Jeff Frankenstein of Moon Township. The ring bearer was Nate Weber of Butler.
The bride is a 2001 graduate of Seneca Valley High School and a 2005 graduate of Slippery Rock University. She works for Montgomery County Public Schools in Rockville, Md.
The bridegroom graduated in 2002 from Warren High School and in 2006 from Slippery Rock University. He works for the International Monetary Fund in Washington, D.C.
Following a honeymoon trip to Punta Cana, Dominican Republic, the couple is making their home in Silver Spring.
