SLIPPERY ROCK — District Judge William O’Donnell recently heard the following cases.

Alicia Renee Peters, 27, of Butler waived to court charges of manufacture, delivery or possession, criminal trespass, possession of drug paraphernalia and criminal mischief. Charges were filed by state police.

Edwin Baez, 19, of Philadelphia waived to court a theft charge filed Feb. 25 by Slippery Rock University police.

Michael Lee Burk Jr. 27, of Slippery Rock was held for court on charges of possession of a controlled substance and drug paraphernalia. Charges were filed April 4 by state police.

Rachel E. Demaria, 23, of West Middlesex waived to court charges of possession of a controlled substance and drug paraphernalia. Charges were filed June 15 by Slippery Rock University police.

Jacob Weigand Schriefer, 19, of Pittsburgh waived to court charges of simple assault, false imprisonment, and purchase, consumption, possession or transportation of alcohol by a minor. Charges were filed July 11 by Slippery Rock Borough police.

Justin Michael Angerett, 27, of Butler was held for court on charges of possession of a controlled substance, drug paraphernalia, DUI, disregarding traffic lane and careless driving. Charges were filed April 13 by state police.

Matthew Charles Flannery, 24, of New Castle waived to court charges of DUI, disregarding lane, prohibiting text-based communications and careless driving. Charges were filed April 26 by state police.

Christopher Brandon Carr, 18, of Slippery Rock waived to court charges of simple assault, recklessly endangering, carry/discharge air rifle across highway. Charges were filed May 12 by state police.

Garrett William Conklin, 31, of Butler waived to court charges of possession of drug paraphernalia filed May 27 by state police.

Austin Jacob Birckbichler, 19, of New Wilmington waived to court charges of possession of a controlled substance and drug paraphernalia. Charges were filed April 28 by state police.

Jordyn Nicholas Sutton, 19, of Harrisville waived to court charges of possession with intent to manufacture or deliver, possession of a controlled substance, drug paraphernalia, and possession of alcohol by a minor. Charges were filed April 28 by state police.

Roberta Prementine, 45, of Slippery Rock was held for court on charges of theft, receiving stolen property, theft by failure to make required disposition of funds and tampering with or fabricating evidence. Charges were filed by state police.

Ryan Patrick Kelosky, 25, of Ellwood City waived to court charges of DUI, registration and certificate of title required, improper class of license, driving without insurance, disregarding lane, speeding, protective equipment for motorcycle riders and careless driving filed by state police.

Shawn Michael Thomas, 45, of Slippery Rock waived to court charges of DUI, possession of a controlled substance; small amount of marijuana, possession of drug paraphernalia, failure to keep right, disregarding traffic lane and careless driving. Charges were filed March 12 by state police.

Derek Scott Cameron, 21, of Slippery Rock was held for court on charges of aggravated assault, strangulation, terroristic threats, false imprisonment, simple assault, harassment and criminal mischief. Charges were filed May 22 by state police.

Jonathon David McPherson, 26, of Crossville, Tenn., waived to court charges of DUI, possession of drug paraphernalia, disregarding lane, careless driving and failure to use safety belt. Charges were filed July 5 by state police.

Mac Adam Lieberman, 31, of Pittsburgh waived to court charges of corruption of minors, indecent exposure and open lewdness. Charges were filed Dec. 31, 2015, by state police.

David Joseph Ulakovic, 48, of South Park waived to court a DUI charge.

Galen Russell Young, 35, of Pittsburgh waived to court charges of possession of a controlled substance, small amount of marijuana, drug paraphernalia, and registration and certificate of title required. Charges were filed Dec. 15 by state police.

SAXONBURG — District Judge Sue Haggerty recently heard the following cases.

Willis Albert Miller, 34, of Butler waived to court a criminal mischief charge filed June 13 by state police.

Scott Westley McLachlan, 49, of Butler was held for court on charges of DUI, driving on right side of road, stop/yield signs and careless driving. Charges were filed April 9 by state police.

Joseph Adam Seybert, 37, of Sarver waived to court charges of DUI, drivers required to be licensed, driving under suspension, careless driving and occupant protection. Charges were filed June 5 by state police.

Angela M. Michel, 34, of Butler pleaded guilty to a charge of leaving child unattended in vehicle and was ordered to pay fines and costs of $141.50. Charges were filed May 16 by Penn Township police.

BUTLER TWP — District Judge Kevin O’Donnell recently heard the following cases.

Robert David Ernst, 45, of Butler waived to court charges of DUI, general lighting requirements, occupant protection and operation of vehicle without certificate of inspection. Charges were filed April 4 by state police.

Robert James Wilhelm, 40, of Chicora waived to court charges of DUI and careless driving filed May 31 by state police.

Shawn Wedlock, 43, of Butler waived to court charges of resisting arrest and disorderly conduct filed May 30 by Butler Township police.

Emilio Luis Rosario, 25, of Fort Myer, Va., waived to court a DUI charge filed May 22 by Butler Township police.

Christopher M. Hart, 42, of Butler pleaded guilty to a disorderly conduct charge and was ordered to pay $466.25 in fines and costs. Hart was charged June 8 by Butler Township police.

Carl E. Collins, 52, of Butler pleaded guilty to a charge of possession of drug paraphernalia and was ordered to pay $618.25 in fines and costs. Collins was charged May 2 by state police.

Katelyn R. Brown, 20, of Karns City pleaded guilty to a retail theft charge and was ordered to pay $529.84 in fines, costs and restitution. Brown was charged May 7 by Butler Township police. Brown also waived to court charges of theft by deception, receiving and retail theft. Charges were filed June 1 by Butler Township police.

Daniel L. Gerard, 34, of Butler pleaded guilty to a disorderly conduct charge and was ordered to pay $466.25 in fines and costs. Gerard was charged June 5 by state police.

Joshua K. Glenn, 26, of Butler pleaded guilty to a disorderly conduct charge and was ordered to pay $466.25 in fines and costs. Glenn was charged June 1 by Butler Township police.

Leanna C. Hemphill, 33, of Butler pleaded guilty to a disorderly conduct charge and was ordered to pay $466.25 in fines and costs. Hemphill was charged May 23 by Butler Township police.

Justin A. Foley, 36, of Renfrew waived to court charges of DUI and failure to stop at red signal. Charges were filed May 29 by Butler Township police.
