Kimberly and Michael Smith

Kimberly Faust of Butler and Michael Smith of Wexford were united in marriage at 2:30 p.m. Oct. 21 at SS. John and Paul Roman Catholic Church in Sewickley. The Rev. Joseph McCaffrey officiated. A reception followed at the Sheraton Station Square in Pittsburgh.

The bride is the daughter of Harold and Karen Faust of Butler. Parents of the bridegroom are Kevin and Peg Smith of Monongahela.

The maid of honor was Alexandria Jones of Pittsburgh. The bride's sisters Michelle Szebalskie and Jennifer Griffith, both of Butler, served as the matrons of honor. Bridesmaids included Anna Beth Kaminsky of Avon, N.C.; Katie Wolfe of Pittsburgh; and the groom's sister Jennifer Smith of Monongahela. Flower girls included Abbie Griffith and Megan, Maura and Sarah Szebalskie, all of Butler.

Serving the bridegroom as best man was Patrick Patterson of Pittsburgh. Ushers included David Szebalskie and David Griffith, both of Butler. Groomsmen included Michael Olsen of San Jose, Calif.; Chad Leonard of Pittsburgh; Steven Fogel of Harrisburg; and Garett Richardson of Monongahela. The ring bearer was Drew Griffith of Butler.

The bride is a 2001 graduate of Knoch High School and a 2005 graduate of the University of Pittsburgh School of Nursing. She works at UPMC Shadyside Hospital in Pittsburgh.

The bridegroom graduated in 2000 from Ringold High School and in 2004 from Duquesne University, earning a bachelor of science degree in information technology. He works for Protiviti in Pittsburgh.

Following a honeymoon trip to Munich, Germany, and Marbella, Spain, the couple is making their home in Wexford.
