Schrecengost, Rodgers

Janet and Douglas Rodgers

Janet Heller Schrecengost of Petrolia and Douglas Rodgers of Butler were united in marriage Oct. 21 at North Street Christian Church in Butler. The Rev. Robert Huber officiated. A reception followed at the Moose Lodge in Butler.

The bride is the daughter of Sidney and Jeannetta Arnold of East Brady and the late Donald Heller. Parents of the bridegroom are Mary Rodgers of Butler and the late Regis Rodgers.

The bride was presented for marriage by her sons, Jarrod and Heath Schrecengost, both of Petrolia.

The honor attendant was the bride's daughter Amanda Schrecengost of Petrolia. Bridesmaids included Lynette Funkhouser and Doris Young-Peters, both of Chicora.

Performing the duties of best man was Tim Pugh of Butler. Ushers included James Erinfeld of Cabot and the bride's son Heath Schrecengost of Petrolia.

The bride is a 1981 graduate of Moniteau High School. She works at Butler Memorial Hospital.

The bridegroom graduated in 1980 from Butler High School. He works for the Carpenters Union Local 1233 of Pittsburgh.

The couple is making their home in Petrolia.
