Freeport's Carlsson, Zboran named top cross-country runners
Preston Carlsson of Knoch and Kayla Zboran of Freeport have been named Male and Female Butler County Cross-Country Runners of the Year.
The selections were determined by vote of the county's high school coaches.
The eighth annual all-county cross-country team follows. Ten of the boys selections and 12 of the girls were PIAA qualifiers this season:
