SLIPPERY ROCK — Senior District Judge Joseph O'Donnell recently heard these cases filed by state police:

Penny C. McCluskey, 54, of Slippery Rock waived to court charges of driving under the influence, driving with a suspended license-DUI related, unauthorized use of a license plate, driving an unregistered vehicle, driving without insurance and without inspection, careless driving and a lighting violation, filed Sept. 20.

Marquelle D. Parks, 21, of Erie was held for court on charges of driving under the influence of a controlled substance, possessing with intent to deliver a controlled substance, careless driving and improper use of high beams, filed April 26.
