Burr, 52, of Evans City waived to court charges of two counts of simple assault, recklessly endangering another person, two counts of harassment and reckless driving filed June 20 by Butler state police. In another case, Burr waived to court charges of terroristic threats with intent to terrorize another, simple assault and harassment filed March 7 by Butler state police.Daniel C.
