EVANS CITY — District Judge Wayne Seibel recently heard these cases:

Julie Lynn Hill, 47, of Mars waived her case to court. Adams Township police on March 7 charged her with driving under the influence of alcohol and driving an unregistered vehicle.

Sherri Denise Stohler, 54, of Hibbs waived her case to court. The state police on May 7 charged her with driving under the influence of a controlled substance and careless driving.

Daniel Louis Steele II, 21, of East Butler waived his case to court. The state police on May 8 charged him with driving under the influence of alcohol and careless driving.

Richard A. Dunbar, 55, of Zelienople waived his case to court. Zelienople police on April 25 charged him with driving under the influence of alcohol and careless driving.

Kristin Marie Loudermilk, 22, of Evans City waived her case to court. Jackson Township police on May 9 charged her with driving under the influence of a controlled substance and driving an unregistered vehicle.

Christopher Emerson Hughes, 31, of Harmony waived his case to court. The state police on April 2 charged him with driving under the influence of alcohol, driving with a suspended license and careless driving.

Robert W. Macvittie, 31, of Cranberry Township had his case held to court. Jackson Township police on May 7 charged him with theft by deception, writing bad checks, theft by unlawful taking and receiving stolen property.

John Paul Dobrowski, 22, of Evans City waived his case to court. The state police on May 15 charged him with driving under the influence of alcohol and careless driving.

Zebulon Eric Plotnick, 26, of Allison Park waived his case to court. Jackson Township police on May 23 charged him with driving under the influence of alcohol.

Samuel John Barkley, 22, of Evans City had his case held to court. Evans City police on April 13 charged him with driving under the influence of alcohol and careless driving.

John Yochem Winberg Jr., 45, of Valencia waived his case to court. The state police on June 20 charged him with carrying a firearm without a license, driving under the influence of alcohol and careless driving.

Harwinder Singh Sandu, 22, of Pittsburgh waived his case to court. The state police on Feb. 10 charged him with criminal attempt of burglary, criminal conspiracy, corruption of minors and criminal mischief.

Charles John Urban Jr., 44, of Rochester waived his case to court. Evans City police on June 11 charged him with simple assault, criminal trespass, public drunkenness and harassment.

Nikola Jon Skrak, 27, of Prospect waived his case to court. The state police charged him with burglary, conspiracy, criminal trespass, theft by unlawful taking, receiving stolen property and criminal mischief.

William Leroy Uber, 41, of Darlington waived his case to court. Jackson Township police on April 18 charged him with driving under the influence of alcohol.

George Dale Dicicco II, 25, of Mars waived his case to court. Evans City police on April 13 charged him with driving under the influence of alcohol and careless driving.

Jared James Rowley, 22, of Cranberry Township waived his case to court. Jackson Township police on May 31 charged him with driving under the influence of alcohol.

Terry Alan Graham, 40, of Butler waived his case to court. The state police on April 2 charged him with simple assault, harassment and disorderly conduct.

Sonya Ann Osselborn, 21, of Fombell waived her case to court. Lancaster Township police on April 5 charged her with driving under the influence of a controlled substance.

Nicholas Ryan Stevick, 21, of Mars waived his case to court. Adams Township police on May 7 charged him with possession of drug paraphernalia.

Craig Anthony Smith, 23, of New Castle waived his case to court. Adams Township police on May 30 charged him with driving under the influence of a controlled substance and careless driving.

Gregory T. Teamann, 35, of Mars waived his case to court. Adams Township police on June 8 charged him with driving under the influence of alcohol and careless driving.

Ashley Marie Stitt, 19, of Grove City waived her case to court. Lancaster Township police on June 13 charged her with possession of a controlled substance and possession of drug paraphernalia.

Robert Michael Williamson, no age given, of Zelienople waived his case to court. Jackson Township police on July 9 charged him with theft by unlawful taking, receiving stolen property and driving with a suspended license.

Melissa Marie Taylor, 22, of Zelienople waived her case to court. Jackson Township police on April 24 charged her with possession of a controlled substance, possession of drug paraphernalia and harassment.

Marc Anthony Blodgett, 25, of Slippery Rock waived his case to court. Adams Township police on May 22 charged him with theft by unlawful taking and littering.

Cody Lee Welsh, 22, of Mars waived his case to court. Zelienople police on June 18 charged him with possession of drug paraphernalia.

Adam Michael Fichter, 29, of Valencia waived his case to court. Adams Township police on June 25 charged him with driving under the influence of alcohol and careless driving.

Levan C. Adkins, 23, of Cranberry Township waived his case to court. Zelienople police on July 19 charged him with harassment and stalking.

Mark Francis Holzer, 50, of Harmony had his case held to court. Jackson Township police on May 7 charged him with aggravated assault, simple assault and harassment.

Grace Alice Burkett, 53, of Cabot waived her case to court. The state police on May 15 charged her with driving under the influence of alcohol.

Stacey Geiger, no age given, of Harmony waived her case to court. Police charged her on June 19 with writing bad checks.

Michael Lewis Frederick, 47, of Evans City waived his case to court. The state police on July 26 charged him with simple assault and harassment.

Jeremiah Lee Kirkendall, 26, of New Castle waived his case to court. Jackson Township police on June 26 charged him with fraud, driving a vehicle without insurance and driving a vehicle without valid inspection.

Timothy R. Anderson, 43, of Gibsonia had his case held to court. Mars police on Jan. 31 charged him with simple assault and harassment.

Steven Henry Strutz, 24, of Valencia waived his case to court. Adams Township police on June 10 charged him with driving under the influence of alcohol, possession of a controlled substance, reckless driving and careless driving.

Matthew Christopher Boyer, 22, of Pittsburgh waived his case to court. Adams Township police on July 22 charged him with driving under the influence of alcohol, possession of marijuana and possession of drug paraphernalia.

Amanda Christine Cicco, 34, of Cranberry Township waived her case to court. Mars police charged her on May 7 with driving under the influence of alcohol, driving an unregistered vehicle and driving without valid inspection.
