Milner

Margaret S. Milner, 92, of Valencia, went home to be with her Lord and Savior on Saturday, Oct. 17, 2026, at Perry Health & Rehab Center, in Wexford.

She was born March 18, 1934, in Franklin, the daughter of the late Joseph Schiffer Sr. and Bertha (Fogle) Schiffer. She was a member of St. Peter’s Anglican Church.

She had worked in a training center for disabled children and also worked in a flower shop in Franklin. She made afghans for people in nursing homes and hospitals. She enjoyed flower arranging, painting and crafting.

Surviving are her husband of 72 years, Jack Dennis Milner; a daughter, Brenda (Robert) Foster, of Butler; her grandson, Bryon W. Foster; three great-grandchildren; a brother, Joseph (Alice) Schiffer Jr., of Franklin; and a sister, Ruth Baker, of Franklin.

She was preceded in death by her parents; and two sisters, Eileen Thompson and Colleen Miller.

MILNER — Services and burial will be private for Margaret S. Milner, who died Saturday, Oct. 17, 2026.
