CENTER TWP — At least one individual has been taken to a hospital after a multi-car crash Sunday morning, Sept. 6, on Oneida Valley Road.

The crash was first reported shortly before 11:30 a.m. Sunday, and according to Butler County Emergency Services scanner traffic, five to six cars were involved. Among the vehicles involved was a blue Chevrolet pickup truck, which was rolled onto its side, and a silver pickup truck which sustained severe damage, including a missing front driver’s-side door.

Emergency crews closed off Oneida Valley Road in both directions near Joe’s Transmission and Differential Service.

Multiple ambulances could be seen at the site of the crash, and scanner reports indicated that one person was “unconscious but breathing” immediately after the crash. Volunteer fire departments from Oneida Valley and Oakland Township responded to the crash, as well as the State Police.

Emergency crews declined to comment at the scene. However, a state trooper indicated that the state police would release an informational report later.
