Our community deserves a representative who actually shows up, listens and answers to the voters. For too long, we have been left without real access to our leadership in Washington. That is why I am wholeheartedly voting for Justin Wagner for Congress.

Justin recently held an open, in-person town hall in Greenville — the first open congressional town hall our district has seen since 2011. Unlike career politicians who disappear after Election Day, Justin has made a concrete “Townhall Promise” to host regular, publicly announced forums across every corner of the 16th District, open to everyone regardless of political party.

As an Iraq War veteran, local councilman and senior engineer, Justin combines a lifetime of technical problem solving with a deep commitment to others. He is not running to answer to wealthy elites or corporate lobbyists; he is running to answer to us. On Nov. 3, let’s elect a leader who values transparency and direct accountability. Let's send Justin Wagner to Congress.
