Police reports as of July 14

The following items were collected from various police departments and district courts:

Butler

June 2 — Roy S. Mazzarini, 65, of Lyndora, was charged with misdemeanor trespass following a July 2 incident. Police said Mazzarini was loitering in a condemned building.

July 1 — Jervon Alger Faison, 52, of Tarentum, was charged with one misdemeanor count each of disorderly conduct and evading arrest following a July 1 incident. Police said Faison fled from police, both in a vehicle and on foot, and attempted to open multiple vehicles.

Office of the Attorney General

June 17 — Jordan W. Plunkard, 22, of Butler, was charged with one felony count each of filing a fraudulent insurance claim and theft following an Oct. 2 crash in Cherry Township. Police said Plunkard attempted to defraud Progressive Insurance of $3,012.48.

June 30 — Vivek Bhiteshkuma Patel, 33, of Cranberry Township, was charged with two misdemeanor DUI counts following a May 30 traffic stop in Cranberry Township. Police said Patel had a blood alcohol content of 0.181%. The legal limit in Pennsylvania is 0.08%.

July 2 — Kylie Star Davis, 35, of Sharpsville, was charged with two misdemeanor DUI counts following a June 7 incident in Lancaster Township. Police said Davis had a blood alcohol content of 0.207%. The legal limit in Pennsylvania is 0.08%.

July 2 — Chad Keith Helgert, 53, of Butler, was charged with one misdemeanor count each of controlled substance possession and drug paraphernalia possession following a June 8 traffic stop in Summit Township. Police said Helgert had crack cocaine.

July 2 — Jennifer Lynn Hogenmiller, 45, of Chicora, was charged with two misdemeanor DUI counts following a May 22 traffic stop in Karns City. Police said Hogenmiller had a blood alcohol content of 0.171%. The legal limit in Pennsylvania is 0.08%.

July 2 — Gavin Keith Hiles, 19, of Chicora, was charged with misdemeanor fleeing police following a June 6 incident in Petrolia. Police said Hiles fled a traffic stop.

July 2 — Daiquan Marquel Jackson, 20, of Youngstown, Ohio, was charged with misdemeanor marijuana possession following a June 2 traffic stop in Franklin Township. Police said Jackson had marijuana.

July 2 — James Robert Minton, 57, of Cabot, was charged with two misdemeanor DUI counts following a Dec. 5 crash in Winfield Township. Police said Minton had a blood alcohol content of 0.219%. The legal limit in Pennsylvania is 0.08%.

July 2 — Jerome F. Barron, 54, of Pittsburgh, was charged with two misdemeanor DUI counts following a Jan. 2 traffic stop in Winfield Township. Police said Barron had a blood alcohol content of 0.129%. The legal limit in Pennsylvania is 0.08%.

July 2 — Kellie Lynn Horne, 41, of Butler, was charged with 18 misdemeanor counts of controlled substance possession, six misdemeanor counts of drug paraphernalia possession, two misdemeanor counts of retail theft and one misdemeanor count each of resisting arrest and evading arrest following a July 1 incident in Center Township. Police said Horne had 18 stamp bags containing fentanyl, related paraphernalia, ran from police, resisted arrest and attempted to steal $388 in merchandise from Boscov’s.

July 2 — Philip James Schenck, 29, of Denver, was charged with two misdemeanor DUI counts following a Sept. 1 incident in Penn Township. Police said Schenck had a blood alcohol content of 0.123%. The legal limit in Pennsylvania is 0.08%.

July 2 — Ian Christ Heitzenrater, 24, of Prospect, was charged with three misdemeanor DUI counts following a June 28 traffic stop in Butler. Police said Heitzenrater had a blood alcohol content of 0.129%. The legal limit in Pennsylvania is 0.08%.

July 2 — John David Mackalica Jr., 47, of Butler, was charged with three misdemeanor counts of DUI and one misdemeanor count each of controlled substance possession and drug paraphernalia possession following a Feb. 26 traffic stop in Butler. Police said Mackalica had crack cocaine, related paraphernalia and tested positive for cocaine.

July 2 — Michelle M. Gibson, 54, of Butler, was charged with misdemeanor marijuana possession following a June 27 traffic stop in Butler. Police said Gibson had THC vape pen.

July 2 — Garell Taron Williams, 33, of Youngstown, Pa., was charged with three misdemeanor DUI counts and one misdemeanor count each of drug paraphernalia possession and marijuana possession following an April 19 traffic stop in Butler. Police said Williams had a small package of marijuana, rolling papers and tested positive for THC.

July 2 — Makensie Ann Litzinger, 24, of Butler, was charged with two misdemeanor DUI counts following a May 30 traffic stop in Petrolia. Police said Litzinger had a blood alcohol content of 0.11%. The legal limit in Pennsylvania is 0.08%.

July 2 — Laurene Sue Cooper, 58, of Karns City, was charged with two misdemeanor DUI counts following a June 5 traffic stop in Karns City. Police said Cooper had a blood alcohol content of 0.29%. The legal limit in Pennsylvania is 0.08%.

July 2 — Colson Richard Ritzert, 20, of Chicora, was charged with two misdemeanor DUI counts following a May 2 traffic stop in Donegal Township. Police said Ritzert had a blood alcohol content of 0.139%. The legal limit in Pennsylvania is 0.08%.

July 2 — Mason Archer Brown, 21, of Cranberry Township, was charged with two misdemeanor DUI counts following a Sept. 14 crash in Concord Township. Police said Brown had a blood alcohol content of 0.203%. The legal limit in Pennsylvania is 0.08%.

July 2 — Tony Michael Bergbigler, 37, of Chicora, was charged with two misdemeanor DUI counts following an April 8 traffic stop in Donegal Township. Police said Bergbigler tested positive for a controlled substance.
