Police reports as of July 10

The following items were collected from various police departments and district courts:

State police, Butler

June 29 — Daniel David Bargielski, 49, of Erie, was charged with two misdemeanor DUI counts following a May 8 incident in Prospect. Police said Bargielski tested positive for THC.

June 29 — Bridgette Faith Scheer, 18, of New Castle, was charged with one misdemeanor count each of controlled substance possession and drug paraphernalia possession following an April 9 traffic stop in Muddy Creek Township. Police said Scheer had marijuana and related paraphernalia.

June 29 — Megan Chante Kelley, 30, of New Castle, was charged with one misdemeanor count each of controlled substance possession and drug paraphernalia possession following an April 9 traffic stop in Muddy Creek Township. Police said Kelley had marijuana and related paraphernalia.

June 30 — Cole Ryan Guy, 27, of Butler, was charged with two misdemeanor DUI counts following an April 18 traffic stop in Clay Township. Police said Guy had a blood alcohol content of 0.104%. The legal limit in Pennsylvania is 0.08%.

June 30 — Damon M. Thompson, 54, of Ellwood City, was charged with two felony DUI counts, three misdemeanor counts of drug paraphernalia possession and misdemeanor driving on a suspended license following a Nov. 24 traffic stop in Muddy Creek Township. Police said Thompson had three marijuana vaping devices, tested positive for THC and was driving on a suspended license.

June 30 — James Wayne Hutzley, 75, of Butler, was charged with misdemeanor harassment following a June 27 incident in Donegal Township. Police said Hutzley continued to call a woman after being told to stop by police.

June 30 — Mia Marie Walter, 21, of Fenelton, was charged with two misdemeanor DUI counts following a June 25 crash in Clearfield Township. Police said Walter had a blood alcohol content of 0.148%. The legal limit in Pennsylvania is 0.08%.

July 3 — Police investigated a three-vehicle crash involving a motorcycle on Fisher Road in Jefferson Township. Police said a motorcycle with an unnamed driver, appeared to have stalled in the road. Barbara J. Hepler, 54, of Butler, managed to stop her Jeep Cherokee before hitting the motorcycle and was struck from behind by the Toyota Scion XB of Christy Blackham, 66, of Valencia. No injuries were reported.
