Police reports as of July 9

The following items were collected from various police departments and district courts:

Adams Twp

June 29 — Brian Joseph Miller, 37, of Slippery Rock, was charged with two misdemeanor counts of controlled substance possession and one misdemeanor count each of drug paraphernalia possession and driving on a suspended license following an April 9 traffic stop. Police said Miller had 50 stamp bags containing a white powdery substance, multiple pieces of crack cocaine, multiple items of drug paraphernalia and was driving on a suspended license.

Butler

June 22 — Sara Lee McCollums, 29, of Butler, was charged with one misdemeanor count each of controlled substance possession and drug paraphernalia possession following a May 14 incident. Police said McCollums had 11 stamp bags of suspected heroin and a glass smoking pipe.

June 24 — Kelly Ann Crawford, 40, of East Brady, was charged with two misdemeanor DUI counts and one misdemeanor count each of controlled substance possession and drug paraphernalia possession following a May 28 incident. Police said Crawford was sitting in the driver’s seat of a vehicle with several stamp bags, related paraphernalia and tested positive for fentanyl and THC.

June 26 — Harry Vincent Bogan, 65, of Butler, was charged with two misdemeanor DUI counts following a June 26 incident. Police said Bogan had a blood alcohol content of 0.146%. The legal limit in Pennsylvania is 0.08%.

June 29 — Larry Joseph Massella, 73, of Butler, was charged with two misdemeanor counts of incident exposure following a June 18 incident. Police said Massella exposed his buttocks and genitalia to neighbors during a dispute when two juveniles were present.

June 29 — Joseph Andrew Defelice, 33, of Butler, was charged with misdemeanor disorderly conduct following a June 13 incident. Police said they responded to Defelice’s location three times in one shift for repeated disturbances.

June 29 — Morgen Kelsey Morrissey, 30, of Butler, was charged with misdemeanor disorderly conduct following a June 13 incident. Police said they responded to Morrissey’s location three times in one shift for repeated disturbances.

Butler Twp

June 29 — Cullen Eustavio Bickham, 26, of Butler, was charged with misdemeanor resisting arrest following a June 28 incident. Police said Bickham refused commands from police.

Middlesex Twp

June 29 — Corey Christopher Doerr, 34, of Valencia, was charged with felony aggravated assault and misdemeanor simple assault following a June 29 incident. Police said Doerr punched a woman in the throat.

State police, Butler

June 18 — Police investigated a single-vehicle rollover crash on Oneida Valley Road in Center Township. Police said while traffic was stopped for a downed tree, Christopher J. Pisor, 37, of Hilliards, driving a Dodge Challenger, failed to stop safely, left the road, struck an embankment and then overturned. No injuries were reported.

June 24 — Jonathan Chester Gibson, 33, of Butler, was charged with misdemeanor DUI following a March 21 traffic stop in Butler. Police said Gibson showed signs of impairment.

June 29 — Jarrod Edward Masarik, 25, of Natrona Heights, was charged with two misdemeanor DUI counts following a June 5 crash in Jefferson Township. Police said Masarik tested positive for THC and had a blood alcohol content of 0.256%. The legal limit in Pennsylvania is 0.08%.

June 29 — Marlon Nysheik Robinson, 27, of Butler, was charged with misdemeanor marijuana possession following a June 5 traffic stop in Jackson Township. Police said Robinson had marijuana.

June 30 — Anthony Jerome Chilton Jr., 26, of Youngstown, Ohio, was charged with felony possession with intent to deliver controlled substances and one misdemeanor count each of controlled substance possession and drug paraphernalia possession following a Dec. 4 incident in Butler Township. Police said Chilton had 1.49 grams of cocaine.

June 29 — Matthew Paul Williams, 42, of Slippery Rock, was charged with misdemeanor simple assault following a June 27 incident in Fairview Township. Police said Williams punched a man three to four times in the face.
