Deborah ‘Debbie’ Bartley
Deborah “Debbie” Lynn Bartley, 55, of West Sunbury, passed away Monday, June 22, 2026, at Butler Memorial Hospital after a courageous battle with lung cancer.
Born April 11, 1971, in Butler, she was the daughter of the late Paul Stanley Buck Jr. and Paula Elaine McCracken Buck.
She worked as a bartender at Vin & Joe’s Inn in Butler for about 25 years.
Debbie was a dedicated, supportive mother and cherished spending time with her family, especially her precious granddaughters, Izzy and Maggie.
She is survived by her husband, Chuck Bartley; three children, April McClanahan and her husband, Dustin, Devan Bartley and Presley Bartley; two granddaughters, Isabella and Margaret McClanahan; a brother, Robert. J. Buck and his wife, Missy; a niece, Madison Buck; her best friend of 50 years, Barbie Anderson; and several aunts, uncles, brothers- and sisters-in- law, nieces and nephews and loving friends.
In addition to her parents, she was preceded in death by Grace Buck; and her in-laws, Leland and Mickey Bartley.
BARTLEY — Visitation for Deborah “Debbie” Lynn Bartley, who died Monday, June 22, 2026, will be held from 4 to 7 p.m. Thursday, June 25, at WILLIAM F. YOUNG FUNERAL HOME, located at 132 Main St., West Sunbury.
Private funeral services will be held Friday morning, officiated by James Roxberry, with burial to follow at Ridgeville Cemetery.
In lieu of flowers, the family requests that donations be made in Debbie’s name to the Fishin’ For A Wish Foundation, 6601 Sterrettania Road, Fairview, PA 16415.
