Winfield Township is advising residents that it will raise rental rates for its community center and pavilion effective July 1. Both facilities are located near the township’s municipal building on Brose Road. The community center is located at the former fire hall for the now-defunct Winfield Township Volunteer Fire Company.

Rental rates for the community center will increase from $150 per day to $200, with an up-front deposit of $150 still in place. Rental rates for the pavilion at the community park will increase from $75 to $125, with a deposit of $75 still in place.
