Lancaster planning commission approves Paige Place development
Lancaster Township’s five-member planning commission approved final development plans for the Paige Place residential development Tuesday, April 28.
The plans now move to the township’s board of supervisors for final approval at a future meeting.
Paige Place would be located along Perry Highway, on a 35.44-acre parcel of land owned by Harold K. Wrigley. At least 40 homes are planned for the development.
A preliminary subdivision plan for the development was previously approved by the planning commission at its Feb. 24 meeting, then by the board of supervisors at its meeting on March 16.
