Police reports as of April 14
The following items have been collected from various police departments and district courts:
April 7 — Dylan Mathew McConahy, 19, of Valencia, was charged with one misdemeanor count each of controlled substance possession and drug paraphernalia possession following a March 30 traffic stop. Police said McConahy had a glass smoking device and marijuana.
April 5 — Cameron Jonathan Kelly, 32, of Butler, was charged with two felony counts of possession with intent to distribute controlled substances and misdemeanor drug paraphernalia possession following an April 4 incident. Police said Kelly had about 5.8 grams of cocaine, an unknown white powder, 32 full stamp bags and multiple empty stamp bags.
April 5 — Tyler James McCall, 31, of Butler, was charged with misdemeanor simple assault following an April 4 incident. Police said McCall grabbed a woman and pinned her to the ground.
April 6 — Jacob Brian Elwood, 29, of Kittanning, was charged with misdemeanor access device fraud following a March 31 incident. Police said Elwood made a purchase of $134.76 using someone else’s credit card.
April 6 — Frank Theodore Burka IV, 38, of Butler, was charged with two misdemeanor DUI counts following a March 6 traffic stop. Police said Burka showed signs of impairment.
April 6 — Richard Michael Nolan, 35, of Butler, was charged with felony burglary and misdemeanor theft following an April 6 incident. Police said Nolan entered a home through a kitchen window and stole a PlayStation 5 valued at $500.
April 7 — Kelly Ann Bower, 65, of Butler, was charged with two misdemeanor DUI counts and misdemeanor accident involving damage following a March 29 crash. Police said Bower hit a vehicle and left the scene and had a blood alcohol content of 0.285%. The legal limit in Pennsylvania is 0.08%.
April 2 — Brendon Michael Kozolup, 45, of Homestead, was charged with misdemeanor accident involving damage following a March 27 crash. Police said Kozolup struck a vehicle and left the scene.
April 2 — Xzavier Nisaiah Suren, 22, of Youngstown, Ohio, was charged with misdemeanor marijuana possession following an April 2 traffic stop. Police said Suren had two packages of marijuana.
April 2 — Blake Jeffrey Myers, 31, of Butler, was charged with three misdemeanor DUI counts following a March 30 incident. Police said Myers had open alcoholic beverages in the vehicle and had a blood alcohol content of 0.254%. The legal limit in Pennsylvania is 0.08%.
April 7 — Travis Darick Brazell, 41, of Butler, was charged with misdemeanor theft following a March 30 incident. Police said Brazell stole $150 from Wendy’s.
April 6 — Emma Sue Scott, 53, of Butler, was charged with misdemeanor failure to keep pets confined within premises of owner following a March 28 incident. Police said Scott’s dogs were running outside her property.
April 2 — Shelby Jo Irwin, 26, of New Castle, was charged with two misdemeanor DUI counts following a March 20 traffic stop in Butler Township. Police said Irwin had a blood alcohol content of 0.092%. The legal limit in Pennsylvania is 0.08%.
April 2 — Nicholas Michael Nixon, 24, of Lyndora, was charged with misdemeanor DUI following a Feb. 26 incident in Butler Township. Police said Nixon showed signs of impairment.
April 2 — Gary L. Rask, 71, of Evans City, was charged with three misdemeanor DUI counts following a Feb. 25 crash in Forward Township. Police said Rask tested positive for THC and had a blood alcohol content of 0.187%. The legal limit in Pennsylvania is 0.08%.
April 2 — Michael Alan McClure Jr., 26, of Saxonburg, was charged with two misdemeanor DUI counts following a Feb. 14 traffic stop in Jefferson Township. Police said McClure had a blood alcohol content of 0.12%. The legal limit in Pennsylvania is 0.08%.
April 2 — Bradley Walter Blose, 45, of Saxonburg, was charged with two misdemeanor DUI counts following a March 4 crash in Clinton Township. Police said Blose had a blood alcohol content of 0.351%. The legal limit in Pennsylvania is 0.08%.
April 2 — Dylan James Meerhoff, 26, of Pittsburgh, was charged with three misdemeanor DUI counts following a Nov. 6 traffic stop in Penn Township. Police said Meerhoff tested positive for THC.
April 3 — Anthony Henry Blackwell Jr., 29, of Pittsburgh, was charged with one misdemeanor count each of false identification to law enforcement and marijuana possession following a March 7 traffic stop in Butler. Police said Blackwell used a false name and information and had a bag of suspected marijuana.
