Richard A. “Rick” File, 73, of Bruin, passed away peacefully in the comfort of his home early Monday afternoon, Feb. 9, 2026.

A celebration of life service will be held at 2 p.m. Saturday, April 11, at Martinsburg Church of Bruin, with the Rev. Larry Thompson, church pastor, officiating.

Interment will be in Bear Creek Cemetery, Petrolia.

Arrangements were entrusted to Hile Funeral Home of Karns City.
