Police reports as of April 7
The following items have been collected from various police departments and district courts:
March 24 — Joseph Montanez, 41, of Butler, was charged with misdemeanor controlled substance possession following a March 8 incident. Police said Montanez had suspected methamphetamine.
March 24 — David K. Freehling, 54, of Butler, was charged with one misdemeanor count each of controlled substance possession and drug paraphernalia possession following a March 8 incident. Police said Freehling had a blue glass smoking pipe, a used syringe and suspected methamphetamine.
March 27 — Scott Richard Robinson, 57, of Cranberry Township, was charged with two misdemeanor DUI counts following a March 8 incident. Police said Robinson had a blood alcohol content of 0.121%. The legal limit in Pennsylvania is 0.08%.
March 30 — James Elwood Fugh III, 49, of Mars, was charged with felony criminal trespass and misdemeanor criminal mischief following a March 15 incident. Police said Fugh kicked in a door resulting in $4,012.52 in damage.
March 30 — Brittany Nicole Charmley, 35, of Cranberry Township, was charged with five misdemeanor DUI counts and one misdemeanor count each of marijuana possession and drug paraphernalia possession following a March 7 traffic stop. Police said Charmley had two small bags of marijuana, tested positive for THC and had a blood alcohol content of 0.253%. The legal limit in Pennsylvania is 0.08%.
March 31 — Michelle Dutoit Nortier, 36, of Evans City, was charged with misdemeanor DUI following a March 15 incident. Police said Nortier showed signs of impairment.
March 31 — Brian Marshall Bowers, 30, of Mars, was charged with misdemeanor DUI following a Nov. 29 incident. Police said Bowers had a blood alcohol content of 0.209%. The legal limit in Pennsylvania is 0.08%.

March 25 — Angela Catherine Carlson, 34, of Butler, was charged with misdemeanor drug paraphernalia possession following a March 25 incident. Police said Carlson had a glass smoking pipe and a grinder.
March 31 — Matthew Robert Double, 31, of Butler, was charged with one misdemeanor count each of false identification to law enforcement and controlled substance possession following a March 22 incident. Police said Double had suspected crack cocaine and provided a false name.
March 31 — Tobin Andrew Eckman, 23, of Butler, was charged with one misdemeanor count each of fleeing police and controlled substance possession following a March 20 traffic stop. Police said Eckman failed to yield to a traffic stop and had two THC vape pens.
March 31 — Kassandra Lynn Walker, 40, of Butler, was charged with one misdemeanor count each of controlled substance possession and drug paraphernalia possession following a March 28 incident. Police said Walker had nine stamp bags of heroin, a hypodermic needle and a snorting straw.
March 23 — Brittany A. Kroll, 36, of Butler, was charged with misdemeanor hindering apprehension following a March 11 crash. Police said Kroll provided a false name for a passenger in her vehicle.
March 19 — Jennifer Marie Maxwell, 46, of Pittsburgh, was charged with misdemeanor retail theft following a March 15 incident. Police said Maxwell stole 33 packs of NFL trading cards valued at $502.21 from Walmart.
March 19 — Stacy Lynn Huba, 43, of Cranberry Township, was charged with one misdemeanor count each of accident involving damage and DUI following a March 1 crash. Police said Huba crashed into a vehicle, left the scene and showed signs of impairment.
March 19 — Kyle Austin Mitcheltree, 30, of New Castle, was charged with two misdemeanor DUI counts following a March 7 traffic stop. Police said Mitcheltree had a blood alcohol content of 0.19%. The legal limit in Pennsylvania is 0.08%.
March 31 — Drystan Scott McClimans, 18, of Weirton, W.Va., was charged with felony firearm possession without a license following a March 31 incident. Police said McClimans had a firearm sticking out of his pants.
March 24 — Braylon Anthony Pitts, 18, of Beaver Falls, was charged with misdemeanor simple assault following a March 7 incident. Police said Pitts fractured a man’s jaw.
March 18 — Police investigated a theft in Clearfield Township. Marleigh Miller, 20, of Fenelton, was scammed out of $800 on Facebook Marketplace.
March 24 — Cameron Michael Clouse, 25, of Butler, was charged with misdemeanor driving without an ignition interlock following a March 10 traffic stop in Franklin Township. Police said Clouse was driving without an ignition interlock, a device that prevents someone from operating a vehicle if it detects alcohol on their breath.
March 24 — Lacey N. Nail, 31, of Dayton, Ohio, was charged with two misdemeanor DUI counts following a March 7 crash in Franklin Township. Police said Nail tested positive for THC.
March 26 — Hector Burgos Rodriguez, 67, of Youngstown, Ohio, was charged with misdemeanor DUI following a March 25 traffic stop in Summit Township. Police said Burgos Rodriguez showed signs of impairment.
March 27 — Tory Elizabeth McCoy, 27, of Butler, was charged with two misdemeanor DUI counts following a Feb. 28 traffic stop in Oakland Township. Police said McCoy showed signs of impairment.
March 27 — Anthony Xavier Leitem, 22, of Butler, was charged with two misdemeanor DUI counts following a March 21 traffic stop in Center Township. Police said Leitem had a blood alcohol content of 0.111%. The legal limit in Pennsylvania is 0.08%.
March 27 — Robert Alan Sledge Jr., 20, of Pittsburgh, was charged with one misdemeanor count each of DUI, marijuana possession and drug paraphernalia possession following a Jan. 20 traffic stop in Summit Township. Police said Sledge tested positive for marijuana and had a small amount of marijuana and associated paraphernalia.
March 27 — Cory Eugene McIntire, 43, of Creekside, was charged with two misdemeanor DUI counts and misdemeanor marijuana possession following a March 21 crash in Summit Township. Police said McIntire had a small amount of marijuana and a blood alcohol content of 0.113%. The legal limit in Pennsylvania is 0.08%.
March 27 — Bruin King Brown, 31, of Renfrew, was charged with felony illegal transfer of firearm and misdemeanor making statements under penalty following a Dec. 3 incident in Center Township. Police said Brown answered falsely on a firearms application.
March 26 — Brian Podorson, 62, of Irwin, was charged with misdemeanor simple assault following a March 23 incident in Cranberry Township. Police said Podorson pointed a gun at another driver.
March 26 — Robert Dayton Falen, 51, of Harmony, was charged with three misdemeanor DUI counts following a March 13 crash. Police said Falen had a blood alcohol content of 0.155%. The legal limit in Pennsylvania is 0.08%.
