A camper fire prompted emergency responses from five companies Tuesday afternoon, April 7, in Franklin Township, according to Butler County Emergency Services dispatch.

The call came in around 12:10 p.m. for reports of a camper on fire with others nearby in the area of North Road and Nazarene Lane.

Prospect Volunteer Fire Department, Unionville and Connoquenessing volunteer fire companies, Butler Township Volunteer Fire District and Butler Ambulance Service were initially dispatched.
