Police reports as of April 2
The following items have been collected from various police departments and district courts:
March 19 — Kylee Fritzius, 35, of Cranberry Township, was charged with misdemeanor driving on a suspended license following a March 3 traffic stop. Police said Fritzius was driving with a suspended license.
March 21 — Matthew Aaron McMahon, 28, of Gibsonia, was charged with three misdemeanor DUI counts following a March 21 traffic stop. Police said McMahon had a blood alcohol content of 0.14%. The legal limit in Pennsylvania is 0.08%.
March 23 — Thomas Arthur Bergbigler, 55, of Butler, was charged with one misdemeanor count each of receiving stolen property and drug paraphernalia possession following a March 18 traffic stop. Police said Bergbigler had a metal smoking device and was driving a vehicle reported stolen.
March 23 — Shana Tandrea Sharp, 35, of Butler, was charged with misdemeanor drug paraphernalia possession following a March 18 traffic stop. Police said Sharp had a metal smoking device.
March 22 — John Jameel Jackson, 49, of Butler, was charged with one misdemeanor count each of terroristic threats, evading arrest and resisting arrest following a March 22 incident. Police said Jackson ran from police, pulled away from officers and threatened to punch an officer.
March 23 — Victor Emanuel Chacon, 33, of Butler, was charged with one misdemeanor count each of terroristic threats and simple assault following a March 21 incident. Police said Chacon threatened to kill a woman and shoved her.
March 24 — Clayton James Rennick, 44, of Butler, was charged with one misdemeanor count each of resisting arrest and disorderly conduct following a March 24 incident. Police said Rennick refused to turn down his stereo or identify himself and he pulled away from officers.
March 23 — David Allen Derry, 41, of Bellefonte, was charged with felony retail theft and misdemeanor driving on a suspended license following a March 10 incident. Police said Derry attempted to steal $1,209.95 in merchandise from Target and was driving with a suspended license.
March 23 — Jason Gene White, 46, of Butler, was charged with misdemeanor retail theft following a Feb. 9 incident. Police said White stole $268.69 in merchandise from Walmart.
March 23 — Kevin Michael Clapper, 32, of Butler, was charged with three misdemeanor DUI counts following a Feb. 5 crash. Police said Clapper had a blood alcohol content of 0.24%. The legal limit in Pennsylvania is 0.08%.
March 23 — Chad William Mitchell, 47, of Butler, was charged with misdemeanor DUI following a Feb. 12 crash. Police said Mitchell showed signs of impairment.
March 23 — Jason Alexander DiClemente, 49, of Butler, was charged with six misdemeanor DUI counts and one misdemeanor count each of marijuana possession and drug paraphernalia possession following a Feb. 25 crash. Police said DiClemente had two bags of suspected marijuana, had two open alcohol containers, tested positive for THC and had a blood alcohol content of 0.244%. The legal limit in Pennsylvania is 0.08%.
March 19 — Joshua Tyler White, 29, of Zelienople, was charged with misdemeanor disorderly conduct following a March 18 incident. Police said White shot one round through a living room ceiling.
