March of Dimes will have its 56th annual March for Babies Walk on Sunday, April 12, at Highmark Stadium in Pittsburgh.

The event is happening around the nation to provide an opportunity for families to come together and support one another throughout their parenthood journey. March of Dimes is raising funds to provide research, programs, education and advocacy to give moms and babies the best possible start. March for Babies is the organization’s largest fundraiser and the nation’s oldest charitable walk.

The event begins with activities at 8:30 a.m. with the opening ceremony to take place at 10 a.m. Sunday, April 12, at Highmark Stadium, 510 W. Station Square Drive, Pittsburgh.
