You don’t need to know how to play every board game to have fun on the first Wednesday of each month. Just drop into the Cranberry Township Municipal Center and have fun.

The Cranberry Board Gaming Group is an informal monthly event created by the Cranberry Public Library. It invites people to partake in the myriad board games available there.

On Wednesday, April 1, the group played Quiddler, a card-based game where each player attempts to arrange all the cards in their hand into one or more words to score. A little under 10 people attended the session, where other games on deck to play included Azul and Codenames.

The Cranberry Board Gaming Group meets at 1:30 p.m. the first Wednesday of each month at the library, 2525 Rochester Road Cranberry Township. No registration or experience is required to attend.
