Larry Cypher
Larry C. Cypher, 79, of Cabot, passed away Tuesday, March 24, 2026, at his home.
Born July 11, 1946, in Saxonburg, he was the son of Edward and Beatrice Cypher.
He worked as a laborer for Moonlight Mushrooms. He was a member of Saint Francis of Assisi Parish, St. Mary Catholic Church and a member of Happy Hunters in Fenelton. He enjoyed fishing, golfing and hunting, locally and in Montana.
Surviving are his life partner of 40 years, Mary Slagle; his son, Todd Cypher, of Greenville, Pa.; daughter, Tammi (Terry) Fennell, of Ford City; three grandchildren, Caitlyn (Samuel) Collings, Sebastian Fennell and Bailey Cypher; one great-grandchild, Edith Collings; three siblings, Edward (Dixie) Cypher, of Marwood, Ella Kern, of Virginia, and Michael (Cindy) Cypher, of Cabot; and numerous nieces and nephews.
He was preceded in death by his parents and one brother, Steve Cypher.
CYPHER — Friends of Larry C. Cypher, who died Tuesday, March 24, 2026, will be received from 10 to 11:30 a.m. Friday, March 27, at FOX FUNERAL HOME, 410 W. Main St., Saxonburg, with a blessing service following with Father Ward Stakem officiating.
Interment will follow in St. Mary of the Assumption Cemetery.
