Seneca Valley hockey hailed home after winning state championship

After defeating Holy Ghost Prep 7-2 to become back-to-back state hockey champions in Class AAA, the Seneca Valley Raiders came home Sunday afternoon, March 22, to a celebration of its successes.

The team — trophy in hand — was received home by a small parade including Cranberry Township Police and Volunteer Fire Company.

The team finished its season without suffering a single regulation loss and repeated as PIHL Class AAA Penguins Cup championships.
