City police rerouted traffic around a crash Friday afternoon, March 20, at the intersection of West Wayne and Upper Shore streets.

Butler County Emergency Services dispatch first reported the crash around 4 p.m. Friday. The crash left two vehicles blocking West Wayne Street, causing city police to reroute traffic through the Butler Technologies Inc. parking lot.

Both cars were towed and traffic resumed around 5 p.m.

Butler City Bureau of Fire and Butler Ambulance Service were also called to the scene.
