Joseph Aaron Duncan, 39, of Evans City, passed away Tuesday, March 10, 2026, at his home.

Born July 13, 1986, in Fredericksburg, Va., he was the beloved son of Tim J. Duncan and Joanne S. Laskey Duncan, of Evans City.

Joe was deeply loved and he will be extremely missed.

Joe was employed in the restaurant industry. An exceptional athlete, he participated in numerous sports. He was a fitness enthusiast and an avid Pittsburgh Steelers fan.

In addition to his parents, he is survived by his sister, Tabatha Singer, and her husband, Eric, of Butler; two nieces, Avery and Lilly; two nephews, Edan and Colten; and his maternal grandfather, Walt Laskey, of Butler.

He is also survived by two uncles, Jeff Laskey, and his wife, Charie, of Cranberry Township, and Bill Duncan, and his wife, Denise, of Ambridge; and four aunts, Jennifer Pepmeyer, of Butler, Jayni Kaufman, and her husband, Mike, of Connoquenessing Township, Sheila Duncan, of Butler, and Amy Bodema, of Butler.

He was preceded in death by his maternal grandmother, Jean Laskey; and his paternal grandparents, Shirley and Bill Duncan.

DUNCAN — There was no visitation, and services and burial were private for Joseph Aaron Duncan, who died Tuesday, March 10, 2026.

Arrangements were entrusted to the care of MARTIN FUNERAL HOME DOWNTOWN, 201 E. Cunningham St., Butler.
