The Cranberry Public Library has received a $3,000 grant from the Rotary Club of Cranberry Township – Sunrise to purchase large print books. The donation will allow the Library to add about 100 new large print books to its collection, according to a Monday, March 9, news release.

The Cranberry library’s current collection of 1,493 of large print books is well-used, with nearly 12,000 items circulated over the past five years. The newly purchased books will include bestsellers, popular fiction and nonfiction titles chosen based on patron demand, the news release said.

A formal check presentation took place on Friday, March 6, at the Cranberry library.
