Police: Man accused of urinating in back of patrol vehicle
A Mars man is accused of intentionally urinating in the back of an Adams Township police patrol vehicle.
Polivio Vladimir Guilcapi Guano, 34, was charged Monday, March, 2, by Adams Township police with felony assault of a law enforcement officer and one misdemeanor count each of institutional vandalism and open lewdness following an incident Monday.
Police said they responded to the GetGo at 100 Warrendale Drive for reports of two intoxicated men inside who were drinking, refused to leave and were laying on top of grocery displays and disrupting other patrons.
Police found Gulicapi Guano inside showing signs of impairment, and they transported him to his residence.
Police said while Gulicapi Guano was in the back seat of the patrol vehicle, he exposed himself and intentionally urinated on the rear of the front seat.
Gulicapi Guano’s preliminary hearing is scheduled for 9 a.m. March 11 before District Judge Amy Marcinkiewicz.
