Police reports: Feb. 25, 2026

The following items were collected from various police departments and district courts:

Butler

Feb. 6 — John Edward Beck, 34, was charged with felony criminal trespass following a Feb. 6 incident. Police said Beck broke into his former apartment.

Feb. 6 — John Jameel Jackson, 49, of Butler, was charged with misdemeanor drug paraphernalia possession following a Feb. 3 incident. Police said Jackson had a suspected crack pipe.

Feb. 9 — Dominic V. Pallone, 42, of Butler, was charged with misdemeanor DUI following a Feb. 6 crash. Police said Pallone had a blood alcohol content of 0.217%. The legal limit in Pennsylvania is 0.08%.

Feb. 9 — Victoria Margaret Baptiste, 38, of Butler, was charged with misdemeanor unauthorized vehicle use following a Feb. 5 incident. Police said Baptiste did not return a borrowed vehicle.

State police, Butler

Jan. 30 — Michael Allison Colton, 44, of Mars, was charged with three misdemeanor DUI counts following an Oct. 26 traffic stop in Adams Township. Police said Colton showed signs of impairment.

Feb. 4 — Joseph Thomas Thompson, 21, of Gibsonia, was charged with two misdemeanor DUI counts following a Nov. 26 traffic stop in Penn Township. Police said Thompson had a breath alcohol content of 0.14%. The legal limit in Pennsylvania is 0.08%.

Feb. 9 — Rebecca K. Wardlow, 54, of Trafford, was charged with four misdemeanor DUI counts following an Aug. 3, 2024, crash in Jackson Township. Police said Wardlow tested positive for THC and had a blood alcohol content of 0.097%. The legal limit in Pennsylvania is 0.08%.

Feb. 9 — Kevin Albert Carter, 58, of Butler, was charged with two misdemeanor DUI counts and one misdemeanor count each of controlled substance possession and drug paraphernalia possession following a Dec. 30 incident. Police said Carter had suspected crack cocaine, multiple drug paraphernalia items and tested positive for cocaine.
