Cleveland-Cliffs appoints new director

Steel producer Cleveland-Cliffs has appointed a new lead independent director of the company’s board of directors.
Ralph Michael will fill the role effective immediately following the resignation Douglas Taylor.
In addition, the Cleveland-Cliffs named Edilson Camara as chairman of the Compensation and Organization Committee of the board of directors.
