Police reports: Feb. 19, 2026
The following items were collected from various police departments and district courts:
Feb. 2 — Angella Smith, 34, of Freeport, was charged with filing false reports of child abuse following a Jan. 21 incident. Police said Smith falsely told dispatchers her son was being physically abused by a man.
Feb. 2 — Cynthia Ann McCallister, 45, of Butler, was charged with misdemeanor drug paraphernalia possession following a Jan. 31 incident. Police said McCallister had a crack pipe with burned residue.
Feb. 3 — Kurt Robert Kline, 37, of Butler, was charged with misdemeanor theft following a Dec. 23 incident. Police said Kline stole $1,120 from a 7-Eleven employee.
Feb. 2 — Joseph Jamar Bell, 32, of Pittsburgh, was charged with felony forgery and one misdemeanor count each of receiving stolen property and theft following an Oct. 22 incident. Police said Bell used a fake $100 bill to purchase multiple items.
Feb. 2 — Luke Andrew Blackham, 33, of Valencia, was charged with one felony count each of prohibited firearm possession and possessing a firearm with an altered serial number following a Jan. 30 incident in Middlesex Township. Police said Blackham had a Ruger .45-caliber handgun without a serial number and has a criminal record.
Feb. 3 — Austin Antione Maire, 23, of Butler, was charged with one misdemeanor count each of resisting arrest and DUI following a July 9 incident in Franklin Township. Police said Maire physically resisted police and drove just after drinking but refused a breath test.
Feb. 3 — Bryant Spencer Butler, 31, of Butler, was charged with three misdemeanor DUI counts following a Sept. 5 traffic stop in Harrisville. Police said Butler tested positive for cocaine and THC and showed signs of impairment.
Feb. 3 — Marcus Lee Zeigler, 40, of Kittanning, was charged with misdemeanor statement under penalty following an Oct. 14 incident. Police said Zeigler answered falsely on medical documents while attempting to purchase a rifle.
Feb. 3 — Ashley Lynn Malesh, 36, of Slippery Rock, was charged with two misdemeanor DUI counts following a Sept. 28 incident in Brady Township. Police said Malesh had shown signs of impairment.
