A 67-year-old Butler woman was identified as the individual who died Wednesday in a two-vehicle crash near the intersection of Pittsburgh Road and Decatur Drive in Butler Township, police said Thursday morning, Feb. 19.

Deborah Ann Myers died in the crash. Police said she was driving west on Decatur Drive and proceeded into its intersection with Pittsburgh Road when she was struck by a vehicle driven by Chanta Rena Pflugh, 36, of Karns City.

Butler Township police are investigating the crash. Butler County Coroner Korynne Young said Thursday the cause of death was blunt force trauma to the chest and the manner of death is accidental.

Butler police, Butler Ambulance Service, Butler Township Volunteer Fire District and Butler Bureau of Fire also responded to the crash.
