Police reports: Feb. 14, 2026
The following items were collected from various police departments and district courts:
Jan. 29 — Samuel Edward Kaminski, 21, of Butler, was charged with misdemeanor DUI following a Dec. 21 traffic stop. Police said Kaminski showed signs of impairment.
Jan. 29 — April McCann, 58, of Evans City, was charged with two misdemeanor DUI counts and one misdemeanor count each of marijuana possession and drug paraphernalia possession following a Dec. 18 crash. Police said McCann had marijuana, a smoking pipe and a blood alcohol content of 0.301%. The legal limit in Pennsylvania is 0.08%.
Jan. 30 — Leah J. Wilson, 66, of Butler, was charged with making misdemeanor terroristic threats following a Jan. 30 incident. Police said Wilson threatened to make an officer “go blind.”
Jan. 30 — Derik D. Stewart, 44, of Butler, was charged with misdemeanor harassment following a Dec. 26 incident. Police said Stewart vandalized a door.
Jan. 28 — Kelly Lynn Bauman, 57, of Harmony, was charged with two misdemeanor DUI counts following a Jan. 23 crash. Police said Bauman had a blood alcohol content of 0.126%. The legal limit in Pennsylvania is 0.08%.
Jan. 23 — Amber Ruth Mincey, 41, of Harmony, was charged with one misdemeanor count each of retail theft, receiving stolen property and possession of an instrument of a crime following a Jan. 19 incident. Police said Mincey stole $367.79 in merchandise from Walmart.
Jan. 29 — Amber Ruth Mincey, 41, of Harmony, was charged with one misdemeanor count each of retail theft, receiving stolen property and possession of an instrument of a crime following a Jan. 4 incident. Police said Mincey stole $406.55 in merchandise from Walmart.
Jan. 29 — Amber Ruth Mincey, 41, of Harmony, was charged with three misdemeanor counts of conspiracy and one misdemeanor count each of retail theft, receiving stolen property and possession of an instrument of a crime following a Jan. 10 incident. Police said Mincey stole $157.91 in merchandise from Walmart.
Jan. 29 — Daniel Lawrence Stevenson, 47, of Conway, was charged with felony retail theft and misdemeanor receiving stolen property following a Jan. 18 incident. Police said Stevenson stole $493.30 in merchandise from Walmart.
Jan. 29 — Megan J. Hoover, 31, of Glenshaw, was charged with two felony counts of trespass and one misdemeanor count each of retail theft and receiving stolen property following a Jan. 20 incident. Police said Hoover stole $524.62 in merchandise from Target.
Jan. 29 — Maya Georgieva Boggess, 43, of Evans City, was charged with two misdemeanor DUI counts following a Jan. 29 incident. Police said Boggess had a blood alcohol content of 0.283%. The legal limit in Pennsylvania is 0.08%.
Jan. 30 — Melanie Jean Provost, 47, of Evans City, was charged with four misdemeanor counts of drug paraphernalia possession and misdemeanor controlled substance possession following a Jan. 24 traffic stop. Police said Provost had a plastic straw and small spoon with white powder residue, a glass pipe, a marijuana grinder and two clear containers with a white powder residue.
Jan. 29 — Julie Lynn Kling, 41, of Altoona, was charged with misdemeanor theft following a Nov. 14 incident. Police said Kling stole $587.50 from Slippery Rock Volunteer Fire Company and Rescue Team.
Jan. 30 — Wayne E. Sunday, 73, of Evans City, was charged with two misdemeanor DUI counts following a following a Nov. 12 crash in Connoquenessing Township. Police said Sunday had a blood alcohol content of 0.143%. The legal limit in Pennsylvania is 0.08%.
