Police reports

The following items were collected from various police departments and district courts:

Adams Twp.

Jan. 28 — Marshall E. Wallace, 48, of Aliquippa, was charged with two misdemeanor DUI counts following a Jan. 28 traffic stop. Police said Wallace had a blood alcohol content of 0.194%. The legal limit in Pennsylvania is 0.08%.

Jan. 29 — Jennifer Lynn Novak, 53, of Mars, was charged with two misdemeanor DUI counts and misdemeanor accident involving damage following a Jan. 21 crash. Police said Novak attempted to leave the scene of a crash and had a blood alcohol content of 0.212%. The legal limit in Pennsylvania is 0.08%.

Butler

Jan. 27 — Savannah Kaye Rogers, 19, of Butler, was charged with misdemeanor drug paraphernalia possession following a Jan. 22 incident. Police said Rogers had a glass smoking device and related paraphernalia.

Jan. 27 — Raymond Christopher Robinson Jr., 30, of Butler, was charged with misdemeanor simple assault following a Jan. 27 incident. Police said Robinson placed his arm around a woman’s neck.

Jan. 28 — Michael Ross Edinger, 27, of Butler, was charged with misdemeanor simple assault following a Jan. 27 incident. Police said Edinger punched a woman in the face multiple times.

Jan. 28 — David L. Weichey, 43, of Butler, was charged with misdemeanor driving with a suspended license following a Jan. 25 incident. Police said Weichey was driving with a suspended license.

Buffalo Twp.

Jan. 26 — Tynan William Sub, 19, of Sarver, was charged with simple assault following a Jan. 26 incident. Police said Sub punched a man in the face.

Cranberry Twp.

Jan. 28 — Kelly Lynn Bauman, 57, of Harmony, was charged with two misdemeanor DUI counts following a Jan. 23 crash. Police said Bauman had a blood alcohol content of 0.126%. The legal limit in Pennsylvania is 0.08%.

Middlesex Twp.

Jan. 22 — Sunghoon Kim, 50, of Freeport, was charged with misdemeanor false identification to law enforcement following a Jan. 8 incident where he allegedly provided a false name when an officer attempted to write him a traffic warning.

Jan. 22 — Theresa Marie Ellis, 35, of Gibsonia, was charged with misdemeanor hindering prosecution following a Jan. 16 traffic stop. Police said Ellis transported a person who ran from a traffic stop.

State police, Butler

Jan. 27 — William Gary Allison II, 48, of Mars, was charged with one misdemeanor count each of simple assault and harassment following a Jan. 26 incident in Mars. Police said Allison punched a woman in the face.

Jan. 27 — Mitchell James Ferguson, 37, of West Sunbury, was charged with felony aggravated assault and one misdemeanor count each of simple assault and resisting arrest following a Jan. 25 incident in Clay Township. Police said Ferguson kicked a state trooper in the face and pulled away from officers.

Jan. 28 — Justin Lee Herp, 47, of Butler, was charged with misdemeanor simple assault following a Jan. 13 incident in Franklin Township. Police said Herp struck a man in the head with a notched steel trowel.

Jan. 28 — Norbert T. Moss, 47, of Butler, was charged with misdemeanor simple assault following a Jan. 13 incident in Franklin Township. Police said Moss placed a man in a headlock and bit his fingers.

Jan. 28 — Abigail H. Sutlovich, 50, of Mars, was charged with one misdemeanor count each of simple assault and harassment following a Jan. 26 incident in Mars. Police said Sutlovich began an altercation that resulted in a cut on a man’s nose.

Feb. 7 — Police investigated a two-vehicle crash at 1:40 p.m. on Branchton Road near its intersection with Quail Run Lane in Slippery Rock Township. Police said Ty N. Troxell, 21, of Clearfield, driving a Ford Escape, crossed the center line and struck head-on the Honda Civic of Kim P. Sankey, 46, of Slippery Rock. Sankey was transported to UPMC Presbyterian Hospital with suspected serious injuries.
