Emergency personnel are responding to a crash in the area of Halston Road, west of Beaver Dam road, in Clay Township.

According to Butler County Emergency Services dispatch reports, emergency responders were called to the scene of a vehicle crash into a utility pole at about 7 p.m.

The vehicle was reported as being fully on fire. An occupant was reportedly out of the vehicle but injured.

About 15 minutes later, emergency personnel at the site requested air medical assistance.

PennDOT was called just before 8 p.m. to provide a salt truck due to water runoff from the incident.
