Cranberry Township elevating its Community Days this year
Cranberry Township and the Cranberry Foundation are rebranding the township’s Community Days this summer, bringing the focus to “highlight the Cranberry community and encourage connections.”
Cranberry Summer Nights, scheduled for July 9 through 11 in Community Park, is an evolution of the township’s celebration, a community staple held under the umbrella of the Cranberry Township Community Chest, which became the Cranberry Foundation late last year.
While family- and kid-friendly events and activities will continue to be a staple of the weekend, additional components will be added for guests who are seeking a more relaxed environment to sit back, listen to music, enjoy food and drink, and take in the weekend.
Local artisans, restaurants, nonprofits, civic organizations and businesses will be more than vendors — they will be event partners working to engage the community and create civic pride, according to the foundation. Entertainment and artist lineups will feature a mix of local and regional participants, spotlighting homegrown talent.
More details will be available at cranberryfoundation.org/summernights.
