The following items were collected from various police departments and district courts:

Jan. 20 — James Angelo Freed, 68, of Butler, was charged with one misdemeanor count each of controlled substance possession and drug paraphernalia possession following a Jan. 15 traffic stop. Police said Freed had suspected crack cocaine and a glass smoking pipe.

Jan. 20 — Jaycee Grier Wheeler, 28, of Duquesne, was charged with three misdemeanor DUI counts following a Dec. 26 crash. Police said Wheeler showed signs of impairment.

Jan. 20 — Jenna K. Ruediger, 32, of Butler, was charged with misdemeanor DUI following a Dec. 20 crash in Summit Township. Police said Ruediger tested positive for THC and had a blood alcohol content of 0.209%. The legal limit in Pennsylvania is 0.08%.

Jan. 20 — Clint Bradley Wynkoop, 45, of Ford City, was charged with misdemeanor DUI following a Nov. 11 traffic stop in Buffalo Township. Police said Wynkoop showed signs of impairment.

Jan. 20 — Bridget Ray Logut, 31, of Kittanning, was charged with one misdemeanor count each of controlled substance possession and drug paraphernalia possession following a Nov. 11 traffic stop in Buffalo Township. Police said Logut had suspected crack cocaine and a glass smoking pipe with residue.
