In the big scheme of things, (no matter your political persuasion, your faith perspective or lack thereof, or your financial situation,) one thing we can all agree on, as a country, is that we are in trouble.

One thing I know from history is every great civilization goes through eight steps from its rise to its fall. I’m not listing them, but I encourage you to look them up on the internet and read each step. Every civilization will reach a tipping point that it can’t recover from. In my humble opinion, we’re at number seven. I’m sure we don’t want to reach number eight, back to bondage.

As a believer in Jesus, my prayer for this country is that we could learn to live together in peace, to get beyond our individual agendas, celebrate our blessings and to reach out in friendship, one person at a time.
