Independence offering free screenings
Independence Health System will host a free cardiovascular health screening event from 4:30 to 7 p.m. on Wednesday, Feb. 25, at the Butler Crossroads Campus, 127 Oneida Valley Road.
Cardiovascular screenings play a role in identifying risk factors for heart and vascular disease.
The free health screenings will include body mass index assessments, blood pressure screenings, carotid artery screenings, electrocardiogram and vascular screenings.
