Miller Minutes: The pulse of Butler County has only quickened

I’m sure I’m not the only one who’s feeling a bit like Jack Nicholson this week. The snow has made every home into the Overlook Hotel!
Luckily, the pulse of Butler County has only quickened. Not only are we inventing new ways to pass the time (I see you, sledding and skiing the impassable roads), we’re also organizing events to break your cabin fever this weekend. I’ve definitely got a fever, and the only prescription is to make some plans (not cowbell).
Going out when you’re cozied inside is tough, don’t get me wrong. But that’s why events like Moraine State Park’s Winterfest are so enticing! With so much to do, and the beauty of nature before your eyes, you won’t be disappointed.
Not only that, but Butler Little Theatre’s latest show is sure to get you in the Valentine’s Day spirit. Or if you need a laugh, a spectacle or a chance to give back, we can give you that too.
Hear this — the creatives of Butler County want to entertain you, but they can only do so if they have an audience. So don’t delay — check out what we’ve got for you below, and get it on the calendar.
