Martha E. Crawford, 81, of Chicora, died Friday, Jan. 23, 2026, at ACMH Hospital in Kittanning.

She was born Oct. 24, 1944, in West Virginia, the daughter of the late Denny H. And Iva (Smith) Weaver.

She was of the Catholic faith. Martha enjoyed gardening, and she loved animals, especially cats, rabbits and chickens.

Survivors include her son, Denny C. Slee; daughters, Iva Lee Slee and Rose Ann Hepler; and companion, Paul McElroy.

In addition to her parents, Martha was preceded in death by her daughter, Sally Ann Slee; son, Jimmy Lee Slee; and husband, Thomas Crawford.

CRAWFORD — Friends of Martha E. Crawford, who died Friday, Jan. 23, 2026, will be received from 11 a.m. until the time of funeral service at noon Friday, Jan. 30, at SNYDER-CRISSMAN FUNERAL HOME, 832 E. Brady Road, Cowansville, with Pastor Sue Foster officiating.

Interment will be in Bradys Bend Cemetery.
