Snow squall warning in effect

The National Weather Service has issued a snow squall warning until 1:15 p.m. Monday for Butler County and surrounding counties.
The warning has been issued due to intense bursts of heavy snow and gusty winds leading to blowing snow and rapidly falling visibility.
Wind gusts greater than 35 mph are possible. Travel can become difficult and potentially dangerous within minutes.
In addition to Butler County, the warning is in effect for Allegheny, Armstrong, Beaver, Clarion, Jefferson and Lawrence counties.
