“You’re the worst”

“Let me just tell you, you are an obnoxious, a terrible — actually a terrible reporter, and it’s always the same thing with you.”

These are quotes that the person who holds the highest office of the land has recently said to female reporters. Insulting and denigrating words that are cruel.

Can you imagine if Presidents Joe Biden, Barack Obama or George Bush said any of those words to a reporter? There would have been mayhem. But, no, there is no questioning of this president’s cognitive capacity, his mental fitness to preside over the government in a cogent manner.

The party of family values accepts this verbal abuse perpetrated by their leader. I don’t understand that.

How is being uncivil toward anyone OK? Would you want your daughter, sister, wife, mother, aunt or grandmother spoken to so coarsely?

Why is it OK for this president to speak to women this way?
