Police reports
The following items were collected from various police departments and district courts:
Dec. 11 — Anthony Carl Lamastro, 36, of Valencia, was charged with misdemeanor tampering with evidence following a Nov. 13 crash. Police said Lamastro attempted to remove a license plate from a vehicle after a crash.
Dec. 11 — John Jeffrey Spencer, 30, of Butler, was charged with felony aggravated assault and misdemeanor DUI following a Dec. 11 incident. Police said Spencer attempted to strike a man with his vehicle and had multiple open alcoholic beverages in his vehicle.
Dec. 8 — Naimah Iseyez Rorie, 24, of Cleveland, was charged with one felony count each of retail theft, receiving stolen property and criminal conspiracy; and misdemeanor possession of an instrument of a crime following a Dec. 6 incident. Police said Rorie stole $16,495.17 in merchandise from various retail outlets.
Dec. 8 — Tokin L. Roy, 47, of Butler, was charged with felony criminal conspiracy following a Nov. 9 incident. Police said Roy stole $219 in merchandise from Lowe’s.
Dec. 8 — Walter Scott Kradel, 44, of Butler, was charged with one felony count each of retail theft and criminal conspiracy following a Nov. 9 incident. Police said Kradel stole $219 in merchandise from Lowe’s.
Dec. 8 — Michael Pyle, 57, of Butler, was charged with two misdemeanor DUI counts following a Dec. 3 crash. Police said Pyle had a blood alcohol content of 0.194%. The legal limit in Pennsylvania is 0.08%.
Dec. 11 — John Ryan Benko, 44, of Butler, was charged with two felony counts of retail theft following a Dec. 10 incident. Police said Benko stole $399.84 in merchandise from Target.
Dec. 11 — Jenna Amanda Orkwis, 45, of Butler, was charged with one felony count each of forgery and controlled substance acquisition following a Dec. 6 incident. Police said Orkwis attempted to fill a fraudulent prescription at Target.
Dec. 11 — Jenna Amanda Orkwis, 45, of Butler, was charged with two felony counts of retail theft following a Dec. 10 incident. Police said Orkwis stole $80 in merchandise from Target.
Dec. 8 — Deontaie R. Jeffries, 29, of Pittsburgh, was charged with misdemeanor open lewdness following an Oct. 23 incident.
Dec. 8 — Rikkilynn Trott, 31, of Ambridge, was charged with misdemeanor open lewdness following an Oct. 23 incident.
Dec. 12 — Brian Joseph Miller, 37, of Slippery Rock, was charged with seven felony counts of retail theft, three felony counts of dealing in unlawful funds, 12 misdemeanor counts of driving on a suspended license, seven misdemeanor counts of receiving stolen property and six misdemeanor counts of theft following incidents between Oct. 21 and Dec. 7. Police said Miller was driving on a suspended license and stole almost $900 in merchandise from Lowe’s.
Dec. 9 — Police responded to a two-vehicle crash at 7:57 a.m. near East Main Street and Campbell Drive. Gabrielle Hartle, 20, of Harrisville, driving a Hyundai Sante Fe, struck the rear of a Mitsubishi Outlander driven by Amanda Bashline, 40, of Grove City. Pry’s Towing took the Hyundai and Kristyak’s removed the Mitsubishi. The juvenile passenger in the Mitsubishi was taken to AHN Grove City Hospital by Superior Ambulance for evaluation.
Dec. 11 — Thomas Patrick Curry, 26, of Allison Park, was charged with misdemeanor DUI following a Nov. 26 traffic stop. Police said Curry showed signs of impairment and tested positive for THC.
Dec. 17 — Thomas Lee Hutchison, 28, of Slippery Rock, was charged with misdemeanor theft following a Nov. 10 incident. Police said Hutchison stole around $150 from the tip jar at Ginger Hill Tavern.
Dec. 11 — Rachel Ann Likar, 23, of Sarver, was charged with one misdemeanor count each of theft and receiving stolen property following a Dec. 4 incident. Police said Likar stole a jacket worth $140.
Dec. 8 — Kelsey Elizabeth Fedell, 34, of Pittsburgh, was charged with misdemeanor criminal mischief following a Nov. 13 incident in Forward Township. Police said Fedell smashed a window.
Dec. 10 — Police investigated a single-vehicle crash at mile marker 102 on I-79 northbound in Worth Township. Police said Michael R. Podd, 79, of Hamburg, N.Y., lost control of a BMW Z4 and struck a guard rail. Podd was evaluated at the scene by Slippery Rock Volunteer Fire Company and Rescue Team for a suspected minor head injury.
Dec. 10 — Jacob Gerred Trufley, 33, of Parker, was charged with felony receiving stolen property following a Sept. 23 incident in Bruin. Police said Trufley had a stolen motorcycle.
Dec. 11 — Richard Anthony West Jr., 18, of Emlenton, was charged with felony aggravated assault and two misdemeanor counts of disorderly conduct following a Nov. 18 incident in Allegheny Township. Police said West struck a man in the face and head.
Dec. 11 — Tyler Demar Ricks-Young, 18, of Emlenton, was charged with felony aggravated assault and two misdemeanor counts of disorderly conduct following a Nov. 18 incident in Allegheny Township. Police said Ricks-Young repeatedly struck a man in the face and head.
Dec. 11 — James Thomas Matuke III, 37, of Butler, was charged with seven misdemeanor counts of drug paraphernalia possession and misdemeanor controlled substance possession following a Nov. 18 traffic stop in Center Township. Police said Matuke had a plastic bag of suspected amphetamine, two plastic bags of suspected heroin, one plastic bag of suboxone, a marijuana blunt, four rolling papers and burnt chore boy.
Dec. 11 — Michelle Antio Crawford, 38, of Butler, was charged with seven misdemeanor counts of drug paraphernalia possession and misdemeanor controlled substance possession following a Nov. 18 traffic stop in Center Township. Police said Crawford had a plastic bag of suspected amphetamine, two plastic bags of suspected heroin, one plastic bag of suboxone, a marijuana blunt, four rolling papers and burnt chore boy.
Dec. 13 — Police are investigating a single-vehicle crash on Garing Road in Donegal Township. Police said Gabriella A. Tomasic, 24, of Glenshaw, lost control of a Jeep Cherokee, left the road and struck a tree. Police said Tomasic was not wearing a seat belt and fled the scene with unknown injuries.
Dec. 15 — Joshua Micha Feldmiller, 39, of Carnegie, was charged with two misdemeanor DUI counts following a Nov. 27 traffic stop in Muddy Creek Township. Police said Feldmiller had a blood alcohol content of 0.222%. The legal limit in Pennsylvania is 0.08%.
Dec. 6 — A pickup truck driven by William C. Moore, 53, of Parker, backed into a sport utility vehicle parked in the Fairview Township Municipal Building lot and left the scene. The SUV was operated by Catlin Bish, of Emlenton, and had minor damages. No injuries were reported. As of Friday, Dec. 19, no charges had been filed against Moore.
Dec. 8 — Grant William Barkley, 33, of Zelienople, was charged with misdemeanor harassment following an incident between Nov. 25 and Nov. 27. Police said Barkley threw trash on someone else’s property.
Dec. 11 — Nicholas Duffy Kotula, 51, of Zelienople, was charged with misdemeanor driving with a suspended license following a Nov. 18 traffic stop.
