Police reports

The following items were collected from various police departments and district courts:

Cranberry Twp

Dec. 10 — Elizabeth Gilbert, 66, of Cranberry Township, was charged with two misdemeanor DUI counts following an Oct. 18 incident. Police said Gilbert had a blood alcohol content of 0.154%. The legal limit in Pennsylvania is 0.08%.

Dec. 10 — Jeffrey Michael Nevin, 28, of New Castle, was charged with one misdemeanor count each of retail theft and receiving stolen property following a Nov. 10 incident. Police said Nevin stole $865 in merchandise from Ulta Beauty.

Dec. 10 — Brietta Nicole Amaouche, 55, of Norristown, was charged with felony retail theft and misdemeanor receiving stolen property following a Nov. 26 incident. Police said Amaouche stole $283.02 in merchandise from Walmart.

Middlesex Twp

Dec. 8 — David Anthony George, 40, of Butler, was charged with misdemeanor accident involving damage following a Dec. 2 crash. Police said George struck a vehicle and fled the scene.

Slippery Rock

Dec. 7 — Hayden David Brest, 20, of Greenville, was charged with one misdemeanor count each of resisting arrest, evading arrest and false identification to law enforcement following a Dec. 7 incident. Police said Brest attempted to identify himself using a false ID and ran from police.

Dec. 9 — Christian Andrew Fry, 21, of Linesville, was charged with misdemeanor DUI following a Nov. 23 traffic stop. Police said Fry showed signs of impairment and had multiple empty alcoholic containers in the vehicle.

Slippery Rock University

Dec. 5 — Damon Zhaire Givner, 18, of Swissvale, was charged with one misdemeanor count each of theft and receiving stolen property following a Nov. 26 incident. Police said Givner stole a bike.

Dec. 5 — Robert Alan Sledge Jr., 19, of Pittsburgh, was charged with one misdemeanor count each of theft and receiving stolen property following a Nov. 26 incident. Police said Sledge stole a bike.

State police, Butler

Dec. 8 — Edward Robert Stevens Jr., 37, of Butler, was charged with misdemeanor simple assault following a Dec. 7 incident in Jefferson Township. Police said Stevens held down a 64-year-old woman and tightly squeezed her arms.

Dec. 9 — Robert Charles Adams, 45, of Slippery Rock, was charged with misdemeanor DUI following a Nov. 12 traffic stop in Worth Township. Police said Adams showed signs of impairment.

Dec. 10 — Darien Jackson Louis, 18, of Harrisville, was charged with one misdemeanor count each of simple assault and terroristic threats following a Dec. 19 incident in Harrisville. Police said Louis grabbed a man by the shirt, threw him into a wall and threatened to kill him.

Dec. 10 — Daniel Michael Reynolds-Demchur, 36, of Karns City, was charged with felony strangulation and misdemeanor simple assault following a Dec. 9 incident in Fairview Township. Police said Reynolds-Demchur punched a woman in the arm, threw a cup at her and strangled her.
