Paul H. Kiser, 97, of West Sunbury (Center Township) passed away the evening of Friday Dec. 12, 2025, in the comfort of his home.

Paul was born Oct. 19, 1928, on the family farm in Center Township, Butler County. He was the son of the late Henry Braden Kiser and the late Norma Fern Shakely Kiser. Paul was a veteran of the United States Army, serving from 1948 to 1950. He was a member of Rider Lutheran Church. Along with his wife, Irene, they operated Kiser Dairy until 1976. Paul also worked at Armco Park for over 29 years. Paul was a Masonic member of Parker Allegheny Canby Lodge 521. He enjoyed fishing and taking trips to the southwest. He also enjoyed playing cards and spending time with his grandchildren.

Paul is survived by two sons, Brian (Wendy) Kiser, of Maryland, and Karl (Carol) Kiser, of West Sunbury; three grandchildren, Paul David (Jacky) Kiser, Kirstin Valensky and Edward (Hanna) Kiser; two great-grandchildren, Marshall and Daniel Kiser; and many nieces and nephews.

Paul was preceded in death by his wife, Irene “Renie” M. (Vittu) Kiser, whom he married July 21, 1951; his mother and father; three brothers; and seven sisters.

KISER — Memorial visitation for Paul H. Kiser, who died Friday Dec. 12, 2025, will be held from 4 to 6 p.m. Thursday, Dec. 18, 2025, at WILLIAM F. YOUNG FUNERAL HOME, 132 Main St., West Sunbury.

A memorial service will follow at 6 p.m. at the funeral home with Pastor Bill Oehlschlager, of Zion Lutheran Church, officiating.
